Emergency plumbing in Castle Rock

Stop the water first. The main shut-off is usually where the supply enters the house, often near the water heater or in a basement utility area. Individual fixtures have a smaller valve underneath or behind them.

Locate the main and fixture shut-offs before a leak so everyone in the household knows where to find them.

If you smell gas, leave the building. From outside, call 911 and your gas utility. Do not switch anything on or off on the way out. Never attempt gas work yourself. If water is running and you cannot find the shut-off, turn off the electricity to the affected area only if it is safe to reach the panel dry.

Our published hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Terrific work, good jokes and solved my water heater problem. Didn't over sell me on a bunch of new parts and let me know of some possible future issues I could face…

Common questions

Frequently asked questions by Castle Rock homeowners

What if I only know the symptom, not the cause?

Tell us what you noticed and when it began. We assess the cause before recommending the work and price.

Where is my main water shut-off?

Usually where the supply enters the house, often near the water heater or in a basement utility area. Individual fixtures normally have a smaller valve under or behind them. It is worth finding both now, while nothing is wrong.

Do you clear a drain or replace the line?

It depends on what the camera shows. A blockage in a fixture branch is a clearing job. A main line that has failed will keep backing up no matter how often it is cleared, and at that point clearing it is only buying time. We look before recommending.

What happens to my yard if you have to dig?

We backfill and grade the disturbed ground, reset paving and patch the road surface where the line crosses it. We discuss the restoration included in your repair before work starts.

What are your hours, and do you take after-hours calls?

Published hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If something is failing outside those hours, call and leave the details; we will come back to you as early as we can. If you smell gas, do not wait for us: leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility from outside.

What do your customers say?

Homeowners mention resolved water-heater problems, clear communication and scheduling updates.

Which areas do you cover?

Castle Rock and Parker, Colorado. If you are just outside either town, call with your address so we can check.

Will you quote before starting work?

Yes. We diagnose the cause first, then talk through the options and what each one costs. Nothing begins until you have chosen.
